Week Three: The Holy of Holies/ Glorification / Believing that God has a plan for your life.
Alter of Incense: Part 2
In Moses' tabernacle only the high priest could enter the holy of holies once a year on the day of atonement. He would go beyond the veil and sprinkle the blood from the sacrifice onto the mercy seat of the ark of the covenant.
The ark of covenant is where God told moses he would meet with Him. The Ark of covenant was the only piece of furniture in this room. God is all we need.
For hundreds of years the Israelites saw some manifestations of God’s presence but were shut out from the Holy of Holies and were unable to have a intimate relationship with Him.
Then at the appointed time Christ entered the Holy of Holies through the tearing of His own flesh, represented by the veil and through His blood has opened a way for us to not only enter the Holy of Holies, but also to remain in God’s presence. ( see Hebrews 10:19-22 )
The Holy Spirit is calling you to enter into a intimate relationship with the Father. To answer the call, you must desire to be baptized with the fire of the Holy Spirit.
Matthew 3:11
“ I baptize you with water for repentance, but the one who is coming after me is more powerful than I. I am not worthy to take of His sandals. He Himself will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.”

Prayer Focus this week: To live in the Holy of Holies you must believe that it is God’s plan and purpose for you to dwell in this dimension.

1. Lord, we recognize that you require us to act justly, to love faithfulness, and to walk humbly before our God. Micah 6:8
2. We ask that you purify our hearts so we can see God. We pray that the eyes of our heart may be enlightened so we may know the hope of His calling and the measurable greatness of His power to us who believe. Matthew 5:8 Ephesians 1:18,19
3. Lord search our heart if there is any unforgiveness against anyone we will obey you and forgive them has you have forgiven us. Matthew 6;14-15
4. We acknowledge that God is spirit and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth. Give us revelation of all the ways we can worship you. John 4:24
5. We ask you Father to baptize us with the fire of the Holy Spirit. May we learn the gifts of the Spirit given to each person to produce what is beneficial. I Corinthians 12:4-11 Luke 11:13
6. Father help us to grasp the depth of your love for us. We pray that we will love the Lord our God with all our heart, with all our soul, with all our mind and with all our strength.

7. Father you have given each of us a purpose and a destiny. “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you” Matthew 28:18-20
