2025 21 Day Fast:

Week One Conclusion:
Sorry for dropping the ball! I thought I scheduled the post for Friday and Saturday but got distracted by Snowmageddon 2025!
Before we enter into the inner court, we must remember that the Laver was a place of cleansing and reflection.
It is a place of seeing myself through the reflection of God’s word
and asking for mercy and help.
At the laver we recognize our need of purification and our declare our desire to be like Jesus. To be like Jesus.
• Purify my mind – Keep mind on things that are above
Philippians 4:8 - Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
• Purify my ears – Let my ears hear your voice, Lord.
John 10:5 - And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.
• Purify my eyes – Keep my eyes from evil
Psalm 101:3 - I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me.
• Purify my mouth - Keep my mouth from speaking evil
Proverbs 17:20 - He that hath a froward heart findeth no good: and he that hath a perverse tongue falleth into mischief.
• Purify my hands – Teach my hands to do your work and not be involved with evil
Psalm 144:1- Blessed be the LORD my strength which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight: o Psalm 18:34 - He teacheth my hands to war, so that a bow of steel is broken by mine arms.
• Purify my feet – Keep from going to wrong places but let me go proclaiming your gospel
Proverbs 6:18 – An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, o Ephesians 6:15 - And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
• Purify my heart – Let my heart not be filled with evil motives and decisions
Proverbs 17:20 - He that hath a froward heart findeth no good: and he that hath a perverse tongue falleth into mischief.
• Create in me – Lord teach me to be like you; to reproduce the fruit of your spirit
Galatians 5:22-23 – But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
